                                    ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

                                                JUNE 4, 2013

1:30 P.M.        Called meeting to order. Present: Paula B. Keefe, Richard B. Gorden, Ellen W. Abelson and Mark J. Mazur.

1. The Board approved a revised version of our May 21, 2013 minutes.

2. The Board appointed Paula B. Keefe as Chairman of the Board for the coming year.                                

3. The Board re-appointed Mark J. Mazur as Administrative Assessor for the coming year.

1:45 P.M.        Taxpayer meeting with an abatement applicant to discuss her assessment and her request for an additional abatement.

2:45 P.M.        Taxpayer meeting ended.

4. The Board discussed the settlement of appeals for parcels 101-143 and  76-1-1.

5. The Board granted one Fiscal Year 2012 abatement for parcel 76-1-1 in final settlement of their Appellate Tax Board Case.

6. The Board granted two Fiscal Year 2013 abatements for parcels 101-143 and 76-1-1 in final settlement of their Fiscal Year 2013 appeals.

7. The Board decided to hold their next Board meeting at 11:30 A.M. on Tuesday, June 11, 2013.
